Basic Ground Rules
- Make me an offer to trade or buy anything on my list. I will
consider all offers.
- Please feel free to contact me if you have something you would
like to donate to the cause (no cash please).
- I can meet my trading partner to make the trade if it is within
approximately a 25 mile radius of my house.
- If we cannot make arrangements to meet somewhere, we will
discuss the details for shipping.
- Keep it legal. I will not barter for anything that is not legal
to own, sell, trade or use.
- If you make a trade with me, and you have a business, I would be
very happy to put a link on my site to your site.
- If we make a trade for (or you donate) anything that requires the transfer of a
title or deed, I would prefer not to have it put in my name.
Instead, we will have to wait for the person who ultimately receives
that item to have it put in their name. The person receiving the
trade will be responsible for all costs associated with notary and
transfer/license fees and taxes. There is a great notary that I can recommend
who has an office very close to my house.
- If I am lucky enough to get a job that pays enough for me to get
a mortgage, I will discontinue this site (as soon as I am approved for
the new mortgage).
